Weigh in Day

Hi Dolls!

Today is my official weekly weigh in day.

I am down 4 pounds!

But I peeked at the scales a couple days ago, and I was down 4 lbs then, and was disappointed when I stepped on the scales this morning. I guess I just figured I would be down a few more pounds than 4 today.

I mean 4 is great....don't get me wrong a loss is a loss! But I have learned 2 things today.....
  1. Don't peek at the scales during the week
  2. I have to up my physical activity!
I did really good with my eating this week, and I feel amazing! I even did good ( most days) drinking my water.......However, the physical activity I give my self two thumbs down!

I finished school for the summer this week, so instead of sitting at a desk all day doing school work, I have been home doing housework all day (in between driving the school bus in the morning and afternoon bus routes) and by the time I get home again at 5pm I am exhusted!

Going from sitting all day to on my feet all day cleaning and running errands, is gonna take a couple days to get used to again!

Anyway, a friend invited me to take a bootcamp class with her and I was like "Yeah!!" and I was totally pumped to do this class.......but when the day came to go to the class, I completely chickened out! I was like "What was I thinking? there is no way I can take a class like that, being this big, I will make a complete fool of my self!" and I didn't go......now I wish I did.

My goal this week is to go to that bootcamp class and do the  very best I can do!

I seen this and I love it! Something to keep in mind every time i decide to talk my self out of something good!
